Multicultural & future-oriented

Kindergarten time is often underestimated and ridiculed. In truth, however it is the most important and malleable time of children. They lay the foundations of their cognitive abilities, world view, openness and personality development. Accordingly, a challenging, future-oriented and multicultural learning atmosphere is worth its weight in gold for an ideal start in life.
  • At Sonnenblumen Kindergarten, children from different backgrounds come together, go about everyday life together and celebrate their own diversity. They learn early on to better understand and respect other perspectives and to look at their environment in a more cosmopolitan way.
  • Prevention of all prejudices and discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, language, religion, political opinion and socio-economic differences.
  • Exceed the state’s learning objectives targets in terms of cognitive development.
  • To promote down-to-earth attitude and respect for every person in society.
  • Communicate openly about your own thoughts and feelings in a welcome and familiar atmosphere.
  • Develop critical thinking in each child.
  • Offer everyone the opportunity to develop their personal potential and improve their individual abilities and highlight the strengths of each individual to promote self-esteem and build a positive self-image.
  • Promotion of self-control and the reflective and conscious observance of to the rules of diligent and civil coexistence, cooperation, honesty and a sense of responsibility.
  • Sensitize each student to their training project and make them responsible for being aware of their acquired knowledge, skills and competences.
